# SFA - TO (Sales Force Automation - Taking Order)

Saat Anda menggunakan SFA TO, Anda harus menyiapkan data berikut:

1. Pastikan data berikut telah terdaftar pada backoffice.

3. Download aplikasi SFA TO [**klik disini**](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simplidots.sf).&#x20;
4. Salesman melakukan penjualan dengan cara berikut.

* Jika terdapat pelanggan baru (NOO : New Open Outlet), silakan ikuti langkah [**disini**](/sfa-sales-force-automation/sfa-to-sales-force-automation-taking-order/sales-force-automation/geo-tag/cara-menambah-customer-baru-berdasarkan-geo-tag.md).
* Jika terdapat pelanggan terdaftar namun belum memiliki titik koordinat di Google Maps silakan lakukan Geo - tag seperti langkah [**disini**](/sfa-sales-force-automation/sfa-to-sales-force-automation-taking-order/sales-force-automation/geo-tag/cara-geo-tagging.md).&#x20;
* Selanjutnya, lakukan kunjungan checkin pada pelanggan yang diinginkan seperti langkah [**disini**](/sfa-sales-force-automation/sfa-to-sales-force-automation-taking-order/sales-force-automation/pelanggan-customer/cara-checkin-lokasi.md).&#x20;
* Tambah pesanan jika ada seperti langkah [**disini**](/sfa-sales-force-automation/sfa-to-sales-force-automation-taking-order/sales-force-automation/pelanggan-customer/cara-check-out-dari-lokasi-customer.md).&#x20;
* Lakukan checkout jika sudah selesai dari pelanggan seperti langkah [**disini**](/sfa-sales-force-automation/sfa-to-sales-force-automation-taking-order/sales-force-automation/pelanggan-customer/cara-check-out-dari-lokasi-customer.md).&#x20;
* Check pesanan yang sudah dibuat pada menu Orders [**disini**](/sfa-sales-force-automation/sfa-to-sales-force-automation-taking-order/sales-force-automation/pesanan-order.md)[.](/sfa-sales-force-automation/sfa-to-sales-force-automation-taking-order/sales-force-automation/pesanan-order/cara-melihat-daftar-order.md)
* Kirim pesanan, hasil kunjungan dan pelanggan baru atau geo-tag alamat pelanggan dengan Sync Transaction seperti langkah [**disini**](/sfa-sales-force-automation/sfa-to-sales-force-automation-taking-order/sales-force-automation/sync-clear-data/cara-sync-transaction.md).&#x20;
* Kirim gambar kunjungan dengan Sync Pictures seperti langkah [**disini**](/sfa-sales-force-automation/sfa-to-sales-force-automation-taking-order/sales-force-automation/sync-clear-data/cara-sync-pictures.md).
* Pastikan kembali pesanan yang telah terkirim pada menu Orders seperti langkah [**disini**](/sfa-sales-force-automation/sfa-to-sales-force-automation-taking-order/sales-force-automation/pesanan-order/cara-melihat-daftar-order.md).&#x20;
* Check Dashboard mengenai rekapan penjualan harian dan bulanan seperti [**disini**](/sfa-sales-force-automation/sfa-to-sales-force-automation-taking-order/sales-force-automation/dashboard.md)**.**&#x20;

5. Admin memproses penjualan dengan cara berikut.

* Jika pesanan dibuat oleh salesman silakan check data pesanan masuk seperti disini dengan status Draft seperti langkah [**disini**](/sales-automation-platform/smh-sales-management-hub/penjualan/pesanan/melihat-data-pesanan.md).&#x20;
* Jika Admin ingin membuat pesanan langsung, silakan ikuti langkah [**disini**](/sales-automation-platform/smh-sales-management-hub/penjualan/pesanan/cara-membuat-pesanan-penjualan.md).&#x20;
* Selanjutnya, verifikasi pesanan agar tidak dapat diubah kembali oleh salesman melalui SFA seperti langkah [**disini**](/sales-automation-platform/smh-sales-management-hub/penjualan/pesanan/cara-melakukan-verifikasi-pesanan.md).&#x20;
* Jika sudah diproses pengiriman dan penagihan lakukan closed pada pesanan agar tidak dapat diubah kembali dari backoffice atau tanda pesanan telah selesai seperti langkah [**disini**](/sales-automation-platform/smh-sales-management-hub/penjualan/pesanan/cara-menutup-closed-pesanan.md).

6. Check laporan penjualan.
