# Cara Tambah Kuota User & Perpanjang Durasi Berlangganan (Renewal)

## CARA MEMBELI AKUN USER

**Step 1:** Setelah login, silakan masuk ke menu **Profil** > **Pembayaran.**

**Step 2:** Silakan pilih **Upgrade.**

**Step 3:**  Pada tahap ini adalah untuk memilih Plan Anda dan juga untuk memilih Metode Pembayaran.

a. Silakan tentukan jumlah akun user yang akan dibeli.

b. Setelah menentukan jumlah akun user yang akan dibeli, maka akan tampil total nominal atas pembelian dan hitungan pro rate per tahun.

c. Kemudian pilih salah satu metode pembayaran yang Anda gunakan.

d. Kemudian pilih **Upgrade**.

**Step 4:** Maka akan terbit invoice dengan status **not paid**, dan dapat diunduh detail invoice dalam bentuk PDF.

Setelah lakukan pembayaran, silakan info ke team SimpliDOTS untuk dilakukan proses aktivasi.

## CARA RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION (MEMPERPANJANG DURASI BERLANGGANAN)

**Step 1:**  Setelah login, akan muncul notifikasi akun sudah di paused, untuk renewal.&#x20;

Silakan masuk ke menu **Profile > Pembayaran**, klik **Renew**.&#x20;

**Step 2:** Silakan tentukan jumlah akun user yang mau direnewal, dan otomatis akan tampil nominal pembayaran.&#x20;

Silakan pilih **Metode Pembayaran**, dan klik **Renew**.

**Step 3:** Maka akan terbit invoice dengan status **not paid**, dan dapat diunduh detail invoice dalam bentuk PDF.&#x20;

Setelah lakukan pembayaran, silakan info ke team SimpliDOTS untuk dilakukan proses aktivasi.
