# Cara Membatalkan Pembayaran Pelanggan

**Step 1.** Buka menu **Penjualan > Pembayaran Pelanggan.**

**Step 2.** Pilih nomor **Pembayaran Pelanggan** dengan status **Completed** yang akan dibatalkan.

**Step 3**. Terdapat dua cara untuk membatalkan yaitu dari daftar pembayaran dan dari detail pembayaran. .&#x20;

* **Dari Daftar Pembayran**
  * Pilih tanda **action titik tiga** kemudian pilih **Batal.**<br>

* **Dari Detail Pemabyaran**
  * Pilih **No. pembayaran**. Kemudian pilih **Batal.**<br>

**Step 4.** Pilih **Ya** pada pesan konfirmasi yang muncul.

Pembayaran berhasil dibatalkan jika muncul pop up notifikasi "**Pembayaran pelanggan berhasil dibatalkan".**&#x20;

Dan **Status Pembayaran** berubah dari **Completed** menjadi **Cancelled**.
