# Cara Sinkronisasi Master Data

## Cara sinkronisasi master data

**Step 1.** [Masuk ](https://app.simplidots.co.id/condensed/login)ke SimpliDOTS SMH.\
**Step 2.** Pilih **Profile.**\
**Step 3.** Pilih **Sinkron Data.**

**Sinkron Data:** Sinkronisasi dua arah, menarik master data dari Accurate ke SMH dan mengirim master data dari SMH ke Accurate.

&#x20;              Anda akan diarahkan ke halaman *Sync Information,* dan dapat melihat hasil data yang telah berhasil ditarik/dikirim.

* Setiap data yang ditarik dari Accurate akan terdapat **Partner ID** pada SimpliDOTS SMH.
* Jika ada perubahan atau penambahan **master data** seperti edit/delete/create pada SimpliDOTS SMH maka akan otomatis masuk ke Accurate Online. Namun, sebaliknya jika ada perubahan master data seperti delete pada Accurate Online mohon lakukan [**Sinkron Data** ](/sales-automation-platform/smh-sales-management-hub/integrasi/accurate/cara-sinkronisasi-master-data.md)pada SimpliDOTS SMH.
