# Cara Integrasi dengan Accurate Online

## <mark style="color:red;">**Hal- Hal yang Perlu Diperhatikan**</mark>

1. Telah terdaftar sebagai pengguna Accurate Online.
2. Siapkan Database yang akan diintegrasikan ke SimpliDOTS Sales Automation Platform.
3. Role akun Accurate Online yang akan diintegrasi harus **Administrator.**
4. Hak Akses utama yang harus ada untuk integrasi Accurate, jika menggunakan akun cabang (bukan Administrator), antara lain:&#x20;
   * Pajak
   * Syarat Pembayaran
   * Karyawan
   * Pelanggan
   * Pesanan Penjualan
   * Satuan Barang
   * Gudang
   * Barang & Jasa
5. Pastikan saat integrasi, Anda telah masuk dan membuka akun Accurate Online dan SimpliDOTS secara bersamaan.

## <mark style="color:red;">**Integrasi ke Accurate Online**</mark>

**Step 1:** Daftar akun SimpliDOTS Sales Automation Platform[ klik disini.](https://app.simplidots.co.id/condensed/register)<br>

**Step 2:** Jika akun Anda telah terdaftar, silahkan masuk ke back office SimpliDOTS Sales Automation Platform yakni Sales Management Hub (SMH) [klik disini.](https://app.simplidots.co.id/condensed/login)<br>

**Step 3:** Reset *Dummy Data* yang ada di SimpliDOTS SMH dengan [mengubah Demo Data menjadi Live Data.](/sales-automation-platform/smh-sales-management-hub/pengaturan-dasar/cara-mengubah-demo-data-ke-live-data.md) (Abaikan jika tidak ada)<br>

**Step 4:** Setelah data di SimpliDOTS SMH telah kosong, Anda dapat mengintegrasikan Accurate Online dengan pilih gambar **Profil**. <br>

**Step 5:** Lalu pilih **Pengaturan**.&#x20;

**Step 6:** Pilih menu **Integrasi**.&#x20;

**Step 7:** Pada kolom S*ervis*, pilih **Accurate**.

**Step 8:** Kemudian, centang ***"Silakan tandai kotak jika sudah benar."*** dan klik **Lanjut Integrasi.**&#x20;

**Step 9:** Selanjutnya akan tampil halaman *Otorisasi* Accurate Online untuk memberikan izin akses kepada SimpliDOTS Sales Automation Platform. Anda juga dapat melihat detail akses perubahan data dengan Pilih **Lihat detail akses perubahan data**.

**Step 10:** Pilih **Beri Akses.**

**Step 11:** Jika hanya ada 1 database, maka halaman akan otomatis kembali ke menu [masuk ](https://app.simplidots.co.id/condensed/login)SimpliDOTS.&#x20;

**Step 12:** Jika memiliki beberapa database, Anda dapat memilih database yang diinginkan pada menu *Select Database.* (contoh: **Retail Sample**)

**Step 14:** Silahkan [masuk](https://app.simplidots.co.id/condensed/login) kembali ke SimpliDOTS SMH.<br>
