# Cara Ubah Nama Pajak pada Master Data Produk melalui Impor Update Data

**Step 1.** Buka menu **Data Master > Produk > Master** **Produk**.

**Step 2.** Pada halaman **Produk**, kemudian pilih tombol  **Impor**.

**Step 3.** Pilih **Impor Update Data.** Lalu pilih **Unduh templat dengan data saat ini di sini.**

Tujuan dari templat dengan data ini untuk mempermudah user mengubah data yang akan diupload kembali tanpa harus mengisi ulang semua kolom template dari awal.

**Step 4.** Buka file yang telah diunduh, kemudian ubah data yang inginkan dan simpan.

Contoh:

Ubah nama pajak pada kolom Taxname "PPN" menjadi "PPN12".

Maka, di file excel cukup ganti kolom yang diubah saja contoh di atas adalah taxname saja dan sama halnya untuk perubahan/penambahan bagian kolom yang lain.

**Step 5.** Kembali ke halaman **Impor> Impor Update Data.** Lalu pilih **Cari File.**&#x20;

**Step 6.** Tunggu proses impor produk hingga selesai.

**Step 7.** File berhasil diimpor jika muncul tanda berikut.&#x20;

File telah berhasil terubah dari "PPN" menjadi "PPN12".&#x20;

**WARNING**:

* Anda hanya dapat mengupload data yang sudah pernah tersimpan sebelumnya.&#x20;
* Anda tidak dapat menambah row baru atau data baru di luar dari hasil file ekspor ke excel untuk diupload ke import update data. Hal ini dikarenakan sistem tidak akan membaca kode produk baru yang tidak ada tersimpan di backoffice sebelumnya.
* Jika Anda ingin menambah data baru, maka gunakan Import Data Baru.
