# Cara Mengatur Channel Saat Create Pelanggan

Kini Anda dapat mengatur Channel saat Create Pelanggan agar pelanggan langsung terkelompokkan sesuai kebutuhan.

Penginputan **Channel** dapat diatur sebagai **Mandatory (Wajib)** atau **Not Mandatory (Opsional)** sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

Jika Anda mengatur Channel sebagai **Mandatory**, pastikan **Customer Group Channel** sudah dibuat terlebih dahulu agar proses pembuatan pelanggan dapat berjalan dengan lancar.

### Mengatur Channel sebagai Mandatory (Wajib)

**Step 1:** Klik **Profile** > **Pengaturan**.

**Step 2:** Pada menu **Pelanggan**, aktifkan toggle **Tetapkan Channel sebagai wajib saat membuat pelanggan baru**.

**Step 3:** Klik **Simpan**.

* Jika dipilih, maka kolom **Channel wajib diisi** saat membuat pelanggan baru.
* Jika kolom Channel kosong, data pelanggan tidak dapat disimpan.

### Mengatur Channel sebagai Not Mandatory (Opsional).

**Step 1:** Klik **Profile** > **Pengaturan**.

**Step 2:** Pada menu **Pelanggan,** nonaktifkan toggle **Tetapkan Channel sebagai wajib saat membuat pelanggan baru**.

**Step 3:** Klik **Simpan**.
