# Cara Menambahkan Customer - Specific Limit

## Menu Data Master.

* Pilih **Pelanggan**.
* Pilih **Master Pelanggan.**

### Tentukan pelanggan yang akan ditambahkan specific-limit.

* Pilih **Action** > **Ubah**.

### Tentukan Limit Pelanggan.

1. Ubah pengaturan Sumber Limit Pelanggan dari **Default Settings** menjadi **Specific Customer Settings.**
2. **Tetapkan limit.**
   1. **Batas Maksimum Pembuatan Pesanan & Faktur**\
      Tetapkan jumlah maksimum pesanan dan faktur yang dapat dibuat di Backoffice & SFA. Transaksi akan diblokir jika melebihi batas (contoh : 3).<br>

   2. **Batas Maksimum Nilai Transaksi Pesanan & Faktur**\
      Tetapkan limit total nilai maksimum untuk pesanan dan faktur di Backoffice & SFA. Transaksi akan diblokir jika melebihi batas (contoh : 5.000.000).<br>

### Kemudian Simpan.

### Berhasil tersimpan.

Akan muncul *popup message* berikut jika data berhasil tersimpan.

**NOTE**:

✅ Berlaku hanya untuk customer yang dipilih

✅ Menggantikan Default Limit jika ada

✅ Cocok untuk pengaturan fleksibel seperti:

&#x20;   → VIP customer

&#x20;   → Customer yang sering telat bayar

&#x20;   → Customer dengan kontrak khusus

❌ Harus diatur manual satu per satu.\
❌ Tidak bisa di-bulk edit.

❌ Tidak berubah otomatis jika default setting diganti.
