# Cara Import Update Data Pegawai

**Step 1.** Buka menu **Data Master > Pegawai.**

**Step 2.** Pilih **Master** **Pegawai**.

**Step 3.** Pilih **Pengaturan**.

**Step 4.** Pilih **Ekspor ke Excel**&#x20;

Tujuan dari Ekspor ke Excel untuk mempermudah user mengubah data yang akan diupload kembali tanpa harus mengisi ulang semua kolom template dari awal.

**Step 5.** Buka file yang telah didownload, kemudian ubah data yang inginkan dan simpan.

Contoh.

Ubah nama pegawai "Darwin Szeto" menjadi "Darwin Marcell".

Maka, di file excel cukup ganti kolom name saja dan sama halnya untuk perubahan/penambahan bagian kolom yang lain.

**Step 6.** Pilih **Import Update Data.**

**Step 7.** Pilih **Choose File.**&#x20;

**Step 8**. Pilih file template excel sebelumnya yang telah ter-update datanya dan klik **Open**. &#x20;

Data telah berhasil berubah dari "Darwin Szeto" menjadi "Darwin Marcell".&#x20;

**WARNING**:

* Anda hanya dapat mengupload data yang sudah pernah tersimpan sebelumnya.&#x20;
* Anda tidak dapat menambah row baru atau data baru di luar dari hasil file ekspor ke excel untuk diupload ke import update data. Hal ini dikarenakan sistem tidak akan membaca kode produk baru yang tidak ada tersimpan di backoffice sebelumnya.
* Jika Anda ingin menambah data baru, maka gunakan Import Data Baru.
