# Cara Setting SimpliDOTS Tracking Agent

### Cara Setting SimpliDOTS Tracking Agent

Aplikasi **SimpliDOTS Tracking Agent** dapat di unduh oleh Salesman untuk menunjang kinerjanya guna mengetahui posisinya secara real time.  \
\
Data mengenai posisi Salesman, akan terekam di fitur tracking (website SMH). Tidak hanya posisinya saja, namun data yang muncul berupa sisa baterai handphone Salesman serta waktu terakhir pada saat penggunaan aplikasi. \
\
Yang harus dilakukan Salesman dalam penggunaan aplikasi adalah :

* Mengunduh aplikasi **SimpliDOTS Tracking Agent** melalui [Google Play Store. ](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simplidots.trackingagent)

* Setelah berhasil di unduh, silakan klik **Open**.

* Pastikan jaringan internet dalam keadaan stabil

* Kemudian, aktifkan perizinan lokasi & GPS dengan klik **Enable Location**.<br>

* Pilih **While using the app**

* Pilih **Allow all the time**

* Silakan login dengan menggunakan username & password yang sama dengan aplikasi SFA.

* Setelah proses login berhasil, otomatis Anda akan masuk ke laman di bawah ini. \ <br>

Anda dapat mengatur keakuratan lokasi sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Contoh: Medium.

Anda dapat mengatur frekuensi waktu yang akan terupdate di aplikasi. Hal ini akan berpengaruh dengan baterai handphone. Contoh : 1 menit. Maka, lokasi akan terkirim ke backoffice setiap 1 menit sekali.

Dapat mengatur rentang jarak yang akan ter-update di aplikasi.\
Secara default jarak dibuat 100 karena ingin mendapatkan data yang akurat. Anda dapat mengubah sesuai jarak yang diinginkan.&#x20;

Informasi yang terbaru akan berada di urutan paling bawah.&#x20;

* Service started           : Layanan dimulai
* Connecting                 : Menghubungkan
* Imei                              : Nomor imei device yang sedang digunakan
* Username                    : Nama pengguna
* TenantId                      : Nomor ID tenant perusahaan
* Network online            : Jaringan hidup
* Start Position Update : posisi kembali di perbaharui
* Sending Location        : mengirimkan lokasi
* Location Updated       : lokasi diperbaharui (real time)
* Service Stopped         : Berhentinya layanan aplikasi

Status layanan berhenti kemungkinan terjadi dikarenakan koneksi internet yang tidak stabil atau sengaja dinonaktifkan.

Fitur ini berfungsi untuk menghapus data yang ada di aplikasi.\
Walaupun sudah terhapus, namun data tetap akan masuk ke fitur tracking (website DMS).
