# Cara "Share as PDF" & "Download" Dokumen SO (Sales Order)

Untuk mengirimkan file PDF bukti struk pemesanan atau SO (Sales Order) kepada customer, Anda dapat mengikuti langkah berikut.

**Catatan:**

* Sales Order (SO) yang dapat dibuat menjadi PDF secara langsung adalah SO dengan status minimal **Verified** dan sudah di-**sync** ke backoffice SMH.
* Jika SO berstatus **Draft**, maka sebelum proses generate PDF, sistem akan mengkonfirmasi apakah ingin merubah status menjadi **Verified** dan **sync**.

**Step 1.** Buka menu **Beranda**.

**Step 2.** Pilih **Pesanan Penjualan.**

**Step 3.** Pilih nomor SO yang ingin dikirim ke customer.

Contoh : SO dengan status Draft.

**Step 4.** Klik titik 3 di samping icon printer.

**Step 5.** Pilih **Share as PDF.**

**Step 6.** Pilih **Sync Data.**&#x20;

**Step 7**. Tunggu proses **Synchronizing** selesai.&#x20;

**Step 8.** Kemudian muncul tampilan dokumen PDF. Pada bagian ini, Anda dapat melakukan share atau save ke device yang digunakan.&#x20;

**Step 9.** Jika Anda memilih **Share**, maka akan tampil pilihan untuk mengirim dokumen SO PDF ke tools yang disediakan oleh device Anda (tampilan akan berbeda tergantung device yang digunakan).&#x20;

**Step 10**. Jika Anda memilih **Download**, maka tampilan dokumen akan tersimpan ke device yang digunakan.
