# Cara Melihat Riwayat Penagihan (Collection)

**Step 1:** Masuk ke menu **Beranda** > **Collection**.

**Step 2:** Masuk ke **List Penagihan (Collection).** Kemudian klik **Lihat Riwayat**.

**Step 3:** Akan masuk ke halaman **Riwayat Pembayaran Penagihan**. Klik salah satu **Pembayaran Penagihan**.

**Status Pembayaran:**

* **Active**: Pembayaran sudah diinput namun belum dikonfirmasi oleh tim backoffice.
* **Complete**: Pembayaran sudah dikonfirmasi oleh tim backoffice.
* **Cancelled**: Pembayaran dibatalkan dan tidak akan diproses lebih lanjut.

**Step 4:** Akan masuk ke **Detail Pembayaran Pelanggan**.
