# Cara Menghapus Faktur Penjualan

Hapus faktur penjualan hanya berlaku pada faktur yang berstatus Active saja dan Faktur tersebut belum dikirim ke backoffice (prefix INV-)

Faktur Penjualan yang dapat dihapus adalah **Faktur Penjualan yang belum dikirim ke Back Office** atau Faktur Penjualan dengan kode prefix **INV**-xxxxxxxxxxxx atau ada keterangan "**Menunggu untuk dikirim ke Back Office"**.\
\
Untuk **Faktur Penjualan yang sudah dikirim ke Back Office** dan memiliki prefix **SI**-xxxxxxxxx hanya bisa **dibatalkan** melalui **Back Office** oleh **Admin**.\

## Cara Menghapus Faktur Penjualan Melalui SFA

**Step 1:** Masuk ke menu **Beranda** > **Faktur Penjualan**.

**Step 2:** Pilih **Faktur Penjualan** yang ingin dihapus.

Faktur Pesanan yang bisa dihapus adalah faktur dengan prefix **INV**-xxxxxxxxxxxx atau ada keterangan **"Menunggu untuk dikirim ke Back Office"**.

**Step 4:** Klik **Hapus**.

**Step 5:** Muncul halaman konfirmasi untuk hapus Faktur Penjualan. Klik **OK**.

**Step 6:** Faktur Penjualan berhasil dihapus.
