# Cara Mencatat Pengeluaran (Expense)

Untuk mencatat setiap pengeluaran dalam pengiriman, Anda dapat mengikuti langkah berikut.

Jika dalam perjalanan pengiriman, Anda harus mengeluarkan biaya yang dapat di-cover oleh perusahaan atau biaya yang harus dilaporkan ke admin seperti Bensin, Parkir, SPSI, dan lain-lain, maka silakan ikuti langkah berikut.

**NOTE** : Dalam mengisi **Pengeluaran** atau **Expense**, pastikan Anda belum mengakhiri rute pengiriman pada hari ini.

### Cara Mencatat Pengeluaran (Expense)

**Step 1:** Masuk ke aplikasi DFA.

**Step 2:** Akan masuk ke halaman **Rute (Route)**. Kemudian klik **Pengeluaran (Expenses).**

**Step 3:** Klik icon **+.**

**Step 4:** Akan masuk pada halaman **Buat Pengeluaran Baru (Create Expense)**.&#x20;

**Step 5:** Masukkan jumlah biaya yang Anda keluarkan.\
Contoh: Rp 5.000.

**Step 6:** Masukkan nama pelanggan yang akan dituju saat mengeluarkan biaya tersebut atau isi nama yang berkaitan dengan pengeluaran biaya tersebut pada kolom **Toko (Store)**.

Contoh: Toko AB.

**Step 7:** Pilih **Kategori Pengeluaran (Category)** yang sesuai.

Contoh: SPSI

Jika tidak menemukan kategori yang sesuai, pilih salah satu kategori secara acak kemudian beri penjelasan yang benar pada bagian **Deskripsi**.&#x20;

**Step 8:** Pada kolom Deskripsi dapat disii dengan penjelasan tentang pengeluaran tersebut.

Contoh: Pembayaran ke SPSI.

**Step 9:** Klik tombol **Simpan (Create)**.

**Step 10:** Catatan pengeluaran akan muncul di halaman **Pengeluaran (Expense).**

**Step 11:** Catatan pengeluaran telah terkirim ke admin, silakan lanjutkan pengiriman dan selesaikan pengiriman.
